①お客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は一切受け付けないものとします。
②但し、お客様は、Appleが定める方法によりサブスクリプションの解約手続を行うことにより、サブスクリプションを停止（次回以降の更新及び課金を停止）することができます。この場合、その時点のサブスクリプション期間満了をもって、サブスクリプションサービスは終了し、お客様は、それまでの間、サービスをご利用いただけます。なお、サブスクリプションの解約手続により、料金の返金はされません。
③サービスの性質上、返品・交換をすることはできません。

お客様都合によるキャンセル・返金は一切受け付けないものとします。なお、サービスの性質上、返品・交換をすることはできません。

Other Conditions
①所定の利用規約（CAD図面作成サービスをお申込みのお客様には、CAD図面作成サービスにかかる規約）及びプライバシーポリシーに同意していただく必要があります。
②別途、当社との間で、Scanatの利用にかかる契約書を締結しているお客様の、当該契約に基づくご利用につきましては、当該契約書記載の条件が適用されるものとします。
