Cancellations, Returns, etc.

① We do not accept cancellations or refunds for any reason at the customer’s request.
② However, customers may cancel their subscription (and stop future renewals and charges) by following the cancellation procedure specified by Apple. In this case, the subscription service will end upon the expiration of the current subscription period, and customers may continue to use the service until that time.Please note that no refunds will be issued upon cancellation of the subscription.
③ Due to the nature of the service, returns or exchanges are not permitted.

① You must agree to the applicable Terms of Service (for customers who have applied for the CAD Drawing Creation Service, the terms and conditions pertaining to that service) and the Privacy Policy.
② For customers who have separately entered into a contract with us Scanat, the terms and conditions set forth in that contract shall apply to such use.
