Scanat is a subscription service for which you pay a monthly or annual fee.

Cancellation, Returns, etc.
Subscription Service
(1) No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason attributable to the customer.
(2) However, you may terminate your subscription (i.e., cease renewal and billing for the next and subsequent subscriptions) by cancelling your subscription in accordance with the procedure set forth by Apple. In such case, the Subscription Service will terminate at the expiration of the then current Subscription Term, and you may continue to use the Service until that time. Fees will not be refunded upon the subscription termination procedure.
(iii) Due to the nature of the service, no returns or exchanges are allowed.
CAD Drawing Service
No cancellations or refunds will be accepted for any reason attributable to the customer. Due to the nature of the service, returns and exchanges are not allowed.

Other conditions
(1) Customers who apply for the CAD Drawing Creation Service must agree to the prescribed Terms of Use (for customers who apply for the CAD Drawing Creation Service, the Terms of Use for the CAD Drawing Creation Service) and Privacy Policy.
(2) For customers who have separately entered into an agreement for the use of Scanat with the Company, the terms and conditions of such agreement shall apply to the use of Scanat based on such agreement.
