nat Inc. was founded in May 2019 and is developing an iOS app called Scanat that utilizes the LiDAR sensors on iPhones and iPad Pros to convert buildings and interior spaces into measurable 3D models. This funding round follows a resolution passed at an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders held on June 11, 2021, to issue shares through a third-party allotment to ISG Co., Ltd., a company with extensive experience in the construction industry.
