町田ひろ子, a Senior Advisor at our company, will speak as a presenter at the “Reiwa 7 Tokyo Women’s Plaza Forum,” to be held on Saturday, November 8, 2025.

The theme of the seminar is “~Discover a New You~: A ‘Broader’ Future Through Professional Certifications.”
This seminar will focus on the potential of “professional certifications” in women’s career development and will consist of two parts: a lecture by Machida and presentations by three women who have built their careers through obtaining professional certifications.

Machida was the first person in Japan to popularize the profession of “interior coordinator,” and while continuing to work at the forefront of the field, she has also trained many talented individuals as an educator.
On the day of the event, she will discuss the new possibilities and career development that arise from “learning,” drawing on her experiences and research as detailed at 町田ひろ子.

If you’re wondering about your future career or life plans, if you have family members who are pregnant or raising children, or if you’re a career counselor—anyone interested is welcome to join us.
