This startup is breaking new ground in the field of “spatial documentation” with its proprietary AI surveying app, Scanat.”  Simply by scanning objects with a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, users can perform high-precision measurements down to the millimeter and create 3D models. The app has been adopted across a wide range of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and government agencies, with more than 800 companies using it cumulatively within just a few years of its release. The company is also expanding its business with major general contractors. Following business expansion through M&A, the company was selected for Toyo Keizai’s “Top 100 Amazing Ventures” list in 2025.
