Position Overview

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead projects from planning to execution and improvement proposals in order to solve client issues and create value.

Reporting Line

Directly: President & CEO – Representative Director and President

Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Negotiations and Requirements Definition
  • Conducting interviews to identify clients' business and operational challenges
  • Planning and Preparing Solution Proposals
  • Defining Project Goals and Reaching Consensus
  • Project Management
  • Project Planning and Progress Management
  • Schedule, Resources, Quality, and Risk Management
  • Coordinating with Stakeholders Inside and Outside the Team
  • Analysis and Proposal Services
  • Identifying Issues Through Data Analysis and Business Process Analysis

Eligibility Requirements

MUST

  • Experience leading projects at consulting firms, corporations, and similar organizations (3 years or more is preferred)
  • Practical experience in data analysis and report preparation (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Candidates who can work at the Tokyo office

WANT

  • Experience in corporate planning and business process reform at a business company
  • Project experience in related industries such as construction, real estate, and government agencies
  • Knowledge and experience in DX, AI, SaaS, business automation, IT implementation, etc.
