Project Manager

Job Description

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead projects from planning to execution and improvement proposals in order to solve client issues and create value.

Reporting line

Directly: President & CEO – Representative Director and President

Primary Responsibilities

  • Client Negotiations and Requirements Definition
  • Conducting interviews to identify clients' business and operational challenges
  • Planning and preparing materials for solution proposals
  • Defining and Agreeing on Project Goals
  • Project Management
  • Project Planning and Progress Management
  • Schedule, Resources, Quality, and Risk Management
  • Coordinating with stakeholders both within and outside the team
  • Analysis and Consulting Services
  • Identifying issues through data analysis and business process analysis

Eligibility Requirements

MUST

  • Experience in project management at consulting firms, corporations, and similar organizations (3+ years preferred)
  • Practical experience in data analysis and report preparation (using Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Candidates who can work at the Tokyo office

WANT

  • Experience in strategic planning and business process reform at a corporate entity
  • Project experience in related industries such as construction, real estate, and government agencies
  • Expertise and experience in DX, AI, SaaS, business process automation, IT implementation, and related areas
