Job Description

The Sales Management Division is responsible for everything from acquiring new customers to maintaining relationships with existing ones.

We are a startup pioneering a new field called “spatial documentation” using our proprietary AI surveying app, Scanat.” Simply by scanning an object with a LiDAR-equipped iPhone Pro or iPad Pro, users can perform high-precision measurements down to the millimeter and create 3D models.We have made it possible for anyone to easily and accurately perform surveys that were previously done manually by experienced craftsmen and site supervisors. This has streamlined the processes of creating estimates and conducting site surveys across a wide range of industries, including construction, real estate, manufacturing, and government agencies. Within just a few years of its release, over 800 companies have adopted the app, and we are actively expanding our partnerships with major general contractors. Although we are a startup, our revenue has grown to the point where we expect to reach hundreds of millions of yen.

As a sales representative in our Sales Division, you will work closely with various departments within the company to plan and execute sales activities.

Reporting line

Reports to: General Manager, Solution Management Department – General Manager, Sales Division

Primary Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations
    • Sales meetings, cold calling, and presentations at trade shows
    • Customer Needs Assessment and Implementation Planning
    • Strategy Development Based on Market and Competitive Analysis
    • Promoting product usage proposals and ROI verification
    • Promoting Business Expansion with a Venture Mindset
    • Monitoring client trends and collecting and managing market information; monitoring competitors' activities
    • Cooperation with Related Departments

As a sales representative for our company, you will be responsible for proposing " Scanat," our proprietary app designed to streamline measurement tasks, to local construction firms and other companies in the construction, architecture, and housing industries.

The role primarily involves new business development. We operate nationwide, following up with companies we’ve connected with through trade shows or customer referrals by phone, and then visiting those that have expressed interest in our products.

Eligibility Requirements

MUST

  • At least 3 years of experience in corporate sales
  • Excellent communication skills

Experience in any of the following areas

  • Experience in corporate sales within related industries such as construction, real estate, and government agencies
  • Sales experience with IT-related tools, such as SaaS products
  • Construction Manager, Real Estate Broker

Employment Status

  • Full-time employee

Salary

Estimated annual salary: 4.5 million to 6.6 million yen
Monthly salary: 375,000 to 550,000 yen
Base salary: 277,000 to 410,000 yen
Includes a fixed overtime allowance of 98,000 to 145,000 yen per month
