Job Description

As the right hand of the CEO, this position will be responsible for business development and M&A sourcing strategies associated with business expansion, from planning to execution. This position is also responsible for leading the team in post-M&A PMI from system development to execution.

Reporting line

Directly: President & CEO – Representative Director and President

Primary Responsibilities

• ソーシング戦略の立案と実行（業界キーマンとの関係性構築、金融機関や仲介会社などのパートナーとの連携、リファラルでのソーシング設計、PR活動など）
• DDのハンドリング（会計士、弁護士、社労士などの外部パートナーと連携し、その中心となってDDを推進）
• M&Aのストラクチャー・タームシートの検討及び買収交渉
• PMI設計と実行（PMO体制の構築、100daysPMIプランの策定、PMIの実行など）
• M&AおよびPMIを自らリードすることに加えチームリードもお任せします

Eligibility Requirements

MUST

• コンサルティングファーム等におけるM＆A / PMI（いずれか）の経験
• 事業会社における経営企画及びM&Aのご経験
• PMI推進の経験があり、対象会社関係者、同社内関係者を取りまとめ、PMIを粘り強く完遂できる方
• Candidates who can work at the Tokyo office

WANT

• 公認会計士の資格をお持ちの方
• SaaS（BtoB）事業の経験、知見をお持ちの方
• ピープルマネジメント経験
