The Damage Assessment Forum is an annual professional forum designed to help damage assessors acquire professional knowledge and improve their assessment skills.
Under themes selected based on criteria such as public interest, social relevance, and innovation, damage assessors form working groups to conduct research and present their findings. The forum also features lectures by external speakers and panel discussions, providing a venue for participants to deepen their understanding across generations and industry boundaries.
Now in its 11th year, this event will focus on the theme of “Challenge.” By discussing solutions to challenges in lightning damage investigations andthe role of loss adjusters in the era of generative AI, it will serve as an opportunity for growth toward a new stage in loss adjustment.
We will introduce the end-to-end workflow — from assessing the situation at accident and disaster sitesto creating forensic reports —using the 3D scanning app " Scanat," along with real-world application examples.
Through demonstrations and other activities, you can experience the potential of digital technology to improveoperational efficiency by eliminating the need for on-site visits and to enhance the accuracy of forensic analysis.
