The Izumi Housing Grand Fair is a joint exhibition and sales event organized by all sales offices of Koizumi Chuo Co., Ltd.
It is a large-scale fair that brings together a wide range of companies involved in home renovation and homebuilding —including manufacturers of home fixtures and building materials—and attracts many visitors each year as an opportunity to experience the latest products and services.

natAt our booth, we’ll be introducing the features of “Scanat "Scannat," which supports digital transformation (DX) in the housing and renovation industries, through live demonstrations .
We’ll explain how to use the app to address on-site challenges, including not only streamlining processes from site surveys to estimates and drawing creation but also workflows that facilitate smooth communication of visual concepts with subcontractors and clients, as well as the new “360-degree photography” feature.
