We will be exhibiting at the “Tohoku Japan Building Materials Fair 2026,” a major event bringing together construction companies and retailers from the Tohoku region, to be held on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at Yume Messe Miyagi.

The theme of this fair is “Breakthrough: Building the Future, One Step at a Time.”

In light of changes in the housing market, there is a growing need to adapt to trends in remodeling and renovation, as well as to transition to a new stage through operational efficiency improvements.

In response to the growing labor shortage and the need to reduce the burden of on-site surveys and estimating, nat offers 3D scanning technology—as part of its “On-Site Digital Transformation Starting with Just One iPhone” initiative— that will dramatically simplify future construction practices.

At nat, we will be showcasing Scanat,” an app that allows you to perform high-precision 3D measurements and create floor plans and models using only your everyday iPhone or iPad—without any special equipment.

On the day of the event, we’ll have a “live demo” set up at our booth where anyone can easily try scanning right there on the spot, so please feel free to experience how it works firsthand.
