On Thursday, January 22, 2026, we held the “Scanat "Hear from Companies That Have Implemented It! Seminar on Streamlining Construction Sites with 3D Scanning" was held.

In this seminar,Scanatwe welcomed Yoshigaki Construction Co., Ltd.—a company that has been a loyal customer of ours—to share their firsthand experience, covering everything from the background behind their adoption of
to specific ways it is used on-site and the changes they’ve observed since implementation.
The event was attended by many professionals in the civil engineering and construction industries, and it generated a great deal of interest in real-world examples of “on-site digital transformation” that cannot be fully understood through websites or documentation alone.

🔳Exclusive Tips Shared at the Seminar

The highlight of this seminar isScanat the “raw, down-to-earth realities of success and failure”—a perspective that only Yoshigaki Construction, having put the system through its paces at over 350 job sites for nearly three years, can truly share.
On the day of the seminar, they generously shared “exclusive insights” such as the following:

① How did we eliminate “missed measurements and follow-up visits” at job sites without existing drawings?

Addressing the common challenge faced by everyone—that “organizing information takes time because we rely on photos and manual measurements”—the presentation revealed the actual workflow used to eliminate rework entirely by leveraging
and Scanat.

② Tips for “Foolproof” Photography and Measurement, Refined Through Over 350 On-Site Projects

ScanatBecause Yoshigaki Construction has been utilizing this technology for approximately three years across more than 350 job sites, they were uniquely positioned to share practical, hands-on know-how directly applicable to the field, including:
— Photography techniques to prevent measurement errors
— Key points to keep in mind when taking photos
— Examples of what not to do on site
and more.

③ How to Present 3D Data in a Way That "Resonates" with Clients and Stakeholders

The presentation not only covered “how to capture images in 3D ,but also explained—using concrete examples —how to present and share these visuals in a way that fosters understanding and builds trust among clients, stakeholders, and customers.
・Information that couldn’t be conveyed through photos or floor plans can now be shared at a glance.
・Explanation time was reduced, and trust was enhanced.
The presentation introduced practical applications like these that lead to improved customer satisfaction.

④ An Exclusive, Candid Conversation

The session featured candid reflections on the implementation experience, honest reviews of Scanat, and real-life anecdotes that only Yoshigaki Construction—with its history of both successes and failures—could share. Many participants commented that the session was “extremely helpful” and that they could “envision practical ways to apply what they learned to their daily work.”

🔳Scenes from the Venue and the “Hands-On Demo Session”

After the seminar, we held a “hands-on session” where participants could actuallyScanat on their own iPhones and iPads.
“Is it really this easy to create 3D content?”
“Even our staff could use this intuitively.”
Such surprised reactions highlighted the value of hands-on experience, reaffirming the importance of letting participants try the technology for themselves.

🔳Upcoming Events

We will continue to provide opportunities to share real-world case studies and expertise gained from actual field experience.
