◾️Brief Biography of Tsubasa Sawada
He joined Pasona, Inc. as a new graduate in 2005 and worked in HR sales. After gaining experience launching a human resources consulting firm, he joined Allied Architects, Inc. There, he worked in sales before helping establish the HR department and driving organizational growth as the head of HR.While holding positions such as Head of the President’s Office and Deputy Head of the Corporate Division, he was part of the team that took the company public on the Mothers Market. Later, he served as a Director (in charge of the Sales Division) at GreenSnap, Inc., a company spun off from Allied Architects. In March 2024, he became independent and founded Clams LLC. He also provides sales and HR consulting services to multiple startups and venture companies.

Founded in 2019, our company possesses cutting-edge technical capabilities in the fields of 3D technology, app development, and system development. With the goal of “enabling convenient and fulfilling lives for people,” we released Scanat —an iOS app that digitally maps real-world spaces with high precision—for home renovation contractors in January 2022.
As the world’s first iOS app capable of measuring down to the millimeter, Scanat was adopted by over 200 companies across 42 prefectures nationwide in its first year of release, spanning industries such as construction, real estate, and manufacturing.Since then, we have continued to expand various services centered around Scanat.” As we look toward further growth, we are pleased to welcome Tsubasa Sawada as an advisor.
