◾️Brief Biography of Tsubasa Sawada
He joined Pasona, Inc. as a new graduate in 2005 and worked in HR sales. After gaining experience launching a human resources consulting firm, he joined Allied Architects, Inc. There, he worked in sales before helping establish the HR department and driving organizational growth as the head of HR.While holding positions such as Head of the President’s Office and Deputy Head of the Corporate Division, he was part of the team that took the company public on the Mothers Market. Later, he served as a Director (in charge of the Sales Division) at GreenSnap, Inc., a company spun off from Allied Architects. In March 2024, he went independent and founded Clams LLC. He also provides sales and HR consulting services to multiple startups and venture companies.

Founded in 2019, our company possesses cutting-edge technical capabilities in the fields of 3D technology and app and system development. With the goal of “enabling convenient and fulfilling lives for people,” we released the iOS app “Scanat ” in January 2022, designed for residential renovation contractors to digitally capture real-world spaces with high precision.
“Scanat ” is the world’s first iOS app capable of measuring down to the millimeter. In its first year of release, it was adopted by over 200 companies across 42 prefectures nationwide, spanning industries such as construction, real estate, and manufacturing. Since then, we have expanded our services centered around “Scanat ” as the centerpiece of our service offerings. As we look toward further growth, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed Mr. Tsubasa Sawada as an advisor. Mr. Sawada brings extensive experience contributing to organizational growth in sales and human resources at startups and venture companies, as well as a broad professional network. We plan to leverage his expertise to enhance our corporate value and accelerate our business growth.
