◾️Profile of Tsubasa Sawada
He joined Pasona Inc. as a new graduate in 2005 and worked in HR sales. After gaining experience in launching a human resources consulting firm, he joined Allied Architects Co., Ltd. There, he worked in sales before establishing the HR department and driving organizational growth as the head of HR.While serving in roles such as Head of the President’s Office and Deputy Head of the Corporate Division, I was part of the team that took the company public on the Mothers Market. Later, I served as a Director (in charge of the Sales Division) at GreenSnap Inc., a company spun off from Allied Architects. In March 2024, I went independent and founded Clams LLC. I also provide sales and HR consulting services to multiple startups and venture companies.

Founded in 2019, our company possesses cutting-edge technical expertise in the fields of 3D technology and app/system development. With the goal of “enabling convenient and fulfilling lives for people,” we released Scanat in January 2022—an iOS app designed for home renovation contractors that digitally captures physical spaces with high precision.
As the world’s first iOS app capable of measuring down to the millimeter, Scanat was adopted by over 200 companies across 42 prefectures nationwide in its first year of release, serving industries ranging from construction to real estate and manufacturing.Since then, we have expanded our services centered around Scanat.” Looking ahead to further growth, we are pleased to announce that we have appointed Tsubasa Sawada as an advisor. With his extensive experience contributing to organizational growth in sales and human resources at startups and venture companies, as well as his broad network, we plan to accelerate the enhancement of our corporate value and business growth.
