Update Details
1. Addition of drawing creation functionality
We have added a "drawing creation feature" that converts 3D models Scanat into floor plans. This reduces the manpower, time, and costs previously required to create drawings following on-site surveys, freeing up time for proposal development and leading to improved customer satisfaction.
A cost comparison Scanat indicates an expected reduction of 23% for one drawing per month and 34% for six drawings per month*. To use the drawing creation feature, tap the "CAD" button within the app to access the drawing request screen; this is an optional service separate from the standard subscription fee.
(*) Based on our research.Labor costs were estimated at 30,000 yen for site supervisors, 20,000 yen for assistants, 20,000 yen for field survey staff, and 4,000 yen for CAD operators. These figures may vary depending on the objects being scanned.
