nat (CEO: 劉 栄駿 ) is pleased to announce the release of version 1.0.8 of its 3D measurement app, “ Scanat.”

・Addition of a floor plan scanning feature

In this new release (Version 1.0.8), we’ve added a “Floor Plan Scan” feature that uses the “RoomPlan” API, which will be available in iOS 16. The existing scan feature will continue to be available as the “Normal Scan” feature.

With the floor plan scanning feature, simply take a photo of a room or conference room, and the system will detect objects such as floors, walls, and tables to instantly generate a 3D floor plan. Additionally, by inserting the photos taken during the scanning process, you can process the data into a 3D model—not just a simple 3D floor plan.

The newly added “Floor Plan Scan” feature is available at no additional cost under our existing pricing plans.
Building on this release, we plan to develop even more new features using RoomPlan.
We will continue to focus on solving industry challenges and developing new housing services.
