Job Description
As the head of Human Resources and General Affairs, you will be primarily responsible for the following duties:
An important part of your role will be not only managing existing systems but also continuously improving them to achieve the most optimal structure.
■ Human Resources
・Planning and execution of HR strategies (recruitment, development, retention, and performance evaluation)
・Planning, operation, and improvement of HR systems (grade levels, performance evaluation, and compensation)
・Formulation and execution of recruitment plans based on business plans
・Oversight of labor management (attendance, employment regulations, and occupational safety and health)
・Handling of labor-related procedures (payroll processing and social insurance)
・Organizational development (design and operation of onboarding programs; planning and implementation of initiatives to improve employee engagement)
■ General Affairs
・Contract management, policy development, and promotion of internal compliance
・Shareholder-related operations (management of shareholder meetings, maintenance of shareholder registers)
・Standardization and operational framework development for information security (including operation of ISMS, etc.)
・Office management and facility operations (including optimization of equipment and asset management)
・Planning and management of internal events
・Research and application for government grants
■ Team Management
・Managing the General Affairs and Human Resources Department team (currently 3 members)
・Project management, KPI monitoring, and team development

Directly: President & CEO – Representative Director and President
Eligibility Requirements
MUST
・Strong alignment with our MVV
・5 years of HR and general affairs experience at a startup or fast-growing company
・Operational experience in general affairs or equivalent knowledge
・Team management experience
・Someone who not only motivates team members but also rolls up their sleeves to drive work forward (able to get hands-on)
・Someone who can proactively identify issues and continuously drive improvements
WANT
・Experience leading business improvement projects
・Practical experience in labor risk management
・Experience in ISMS operations

Salary
Estimated annual salary: 7 million to 10 million yen
*This position is classified as a supervisory or managerial role as defined in Article 41, Paragraph 2 of the Labor Standards Act.
