Job Description

As the Manager (Head) of the Business Operations (BO) Department, you will be responsible for overseeing company-wide operations and driving the improvement of our internal products.

・Driving the product improvement process
　- Coordinating requirements between sales and development
　- Designing and managing the improvement cycle
・Proposing improvements and designing operational frameworks for internal systems (e.g., CRM)
・Managing the Business Operations Department
– Developing team members and directing projects
・Managing and optimizing company-wide operations
　- Streamlining and improving business processes
　- Designing and implementing new systems and rules

Reporting line

Directly: President & CEO – Representative Director and President

Eligibility Requirements

MUST-
: ・At least 3 years of project management experience in system development projects
: ・Experience managing BPO projects at a business company
: ・Business-level proficiency in Chinese

WANT
・Experience with BPO projects at a consulting firm
・Experience with operational improvements at a startup

Salary

Estimated annual salary: 7 million to 15 million yen
*This position is classified as a supervisory or managerial role as defined in Article 41, Paragraph 2 of the Labor Standards Act.
