We will be exhibiting at the “Construction DX Expo + (Plus),” a new event attracting significant attention in the construction industry, to be held at Tokyo Big Sight from Wednesday, July 1, 2026, through Friday, July 3, 2026.

This exhibition is a new addition to “JAPAN BUILD”one of Japan’s largest and most popular annual trade shows—titled “Construction DX Expo+ .” It was created in response to strong demand from the industry for more events of this kind, following the immense popularity of the original “Construction DX Expo.”

By being held in conjunction with other events, this area has become a focal point where the latest industry trends are showcased from an even more multifaceted perspective.

In response to the labor shortage—which is expected to become even more severe following the “2024 Problem”—as well as demands for more efficient construction management and shorter project timelines, nat proposes a solution that dramatically improves operational efficiency through the use of 3D scanning technology, under the initiative “Start Construction Site Digital Transformation with Just One iPhone.”

nat (Live Demos)

At nat, we will be showcasing Scanat,” an app that allows you to perform high-precision 3D measurements and create models using only your everyday iPhone or iPad—without the need for special measurement equipment or specialized knowledge.

On the day of the event, we will be offering a “live demo” at our booth where you can experience a scan just like on a real job site and see firsthand how the process instantly converts the scan into 3D data.

▼Please pay special attention to this section

・Dramatically reduces the time required for on-site surveys: A single person can capture the entire current state in 3D with a quick scan. This completely eliminates the need for return visits (rework) due to missed measurements.

・Streamlining Drawing Creation and BIM/CIM Utilization: By extracting DXF files from scan data, this solution dramatically speeds up the process of creating drawings and models for renovation sites or structures where no existing drawings are available.

・Remote Presence and Streamlined Information Sharing: By utilizing 3D models and 360-degree panoramas, the on-site situation can be visually shared with the office. This facilitates the issuance of instructions to office staff and smoothens discussions with clients and subcontractors.

・Assessing the current condition of civil engineering and infrastructure sites ( Scanat ): This solution quickly digitizes the current condition of roads, slopes, and structures, helping to streamline construction management and maintenance.

◼︎Recommended for people like this

This event is especially recommended for the following individuals who are serious about promoting digital transformation and operational efficiency in the workplace, including through synergies with co-hosted events.

⚪︎Site supervisors and engineers in the construction, renovation, and civil engineering industries (streamlining site surveys and reducing the workload of construction management)

⚪︎Design, Estimation, and BIM/CIM Promotion Specialists (Digitizing sites without existing drawings; speeding up the creation of drawings)

⚪︎Executives and Heads of DX Promotion Departments (considering workplace reform initiatives on the front lines and the adoption of user-friendly IT tools that minimize initial investment)

■Introduction to Exhibited Products

" Scanat," a 3D scanning app

Defying the conventional wisdom that “expensive laser scanners are difficult to implement” and “there’s a lack of personnel with specialized knowledge,” we’re dramatically transforming site surveys and construction management using just a single iPhone.

With just a quick scan performed by a single person, you can take measurements within the 3D model, calculate areas, and export DXF files.
From large-scale civil engineering sites to complex architectural interiors and renovation projects, this solution eliminates the need for return visits due to missed areas, significantly reducing lead times for design and estimating tasks.

"I want to get started with 3D modeling and digital transformation on-site in a simple way"
"I want to reduce the workload on-site and improve operational efficiency right away"

Our entire staff sincerely looks forward to welcoming you all.
