1. Self-Introduction, Reason for Joining the Company, and Impressions Since Joining

Hello!
I’ve worked at a confectionery factory and done organic marketing at a recruitment agency in the past. ฅ´•ᴥ•`ฅ
nat I first heard nat through a referral from an agent, and when I saw the website, I honestly thought, “Wow, this is amazing!” so I applied.
I’ve always felt that I prefer working on a single service or product for a long time with passion, so nat was incredibly appealing to me.
The deciding factor for me was the people⸝ဗီူ⸜⸝ဗီူ⸜ It’s been almost a month since I joined, and everyone here is so kind and charming!
Before joining, I thought, “It’s an IT company, so maybe it’ll be a bit stuffy…” but that wasn’t the case at all! In a good way!

2. Job Description and Rewards

I’m part of the CEO’s Office!! I come in to work, make posters, attend meetings, and have lunch ☺︎ Then, when the time comes, I head home.
There are still some things I’m in the process of taking over, so it doesn’t quite feel like “the real deal” yet, but we’re just about to kick off some marketing initiatives!
One job that really stood out was handling a trade show on my second day on the job! Haha
I was still so new to the service and the industry that I was really nervous.
But since I worked the trade show for several days in a row—not just one—I naturally picked up what customers really wanted to know and how to communicate effectively to get a good response while I was actually doing it ฅ´•ᴥ•`ฅ
I’m so grateful that I was able to learn by actually talking to people, rather than just listening!

3. Workplace Atmosphere and Relationships　

I think it’s really great!
If there’s anything I don’t understand or want to ask about, it’s easy to ask and easy to strike up a conversation ฅ´•ᴥ•`ฅ
Plus, since we share common hobbies and interests, we don’t just talk about work—we chat about those things too. We even have lunch together sometimes. I really think everyone here is such a great person!
I value the people I work with more than the actual work itself… so coming from me, you can be sure it’s true~

4. What nat? What sets it apart from other companies?

I think there will be plenty of opportunities to interact with lots of people! That goes for things like trade shows and working with business partners, but I find it really interesting that there are so many chances to connect with people, like a chain of connections!I get the feeling that nat really values connections with people—it has that kind of vibe.
As for the work itself, while the framework is set, the methods aren’t—I feel like we can try out various approaches and find the best solution. ฅ´•ᴥ•`ฅ
I hate losing, so the fact that the results—for better or worse—depend entirely on me is a perfect fit for me. ☺︎  

5. What are your future goals and vision? What challenges would you like to take on in the future?

There isn't anything in particular that stands out. I just feel like trying anything and everything for now ฅ´•ᴥ•`ฅ]

6. What kind of people would you like to work with in the future?

I want to work with people who have a “Alright, let’s do this!” attitude and who can speak thoughtfully and considerately toward others!
Since I think more than half of our lives will be spent working, I want to work with people like that ☺︎
