1. Self-introduction, reason for joining the company, and impressions since joining

I joined a major homebuilder right out of college and worked in various roles related to construction, including new home design, interior coordination, and renovation sales.
I was introduced to Bruce through a mutual acquaintance, which is how I learned Scanat. I was blown away by the idea of being able to take the space you’re currently viewing with you—it was truly amazing. I decided to join the company because I wanted to be part of Scanat growth.
Since I had been involved with the company for a little over six months before joining, my impression of it hasn’t changed much since I started.

2. Job Description and Rewards

I am in charge of creating CAD drawings in the Architectural Design Department. Thanks to the many CAD requests we receive, I spend my days creating drawings.
When I joined the company, my job involved converting 3D models into drawings—something no one had ever done before (there were no precedents). I developed the current process by figuring out how to create drawings that would be practical for our clients’ projects. Since I had worked in architecture at my previous job, I understood what clients were looking for, so I was able to apply my past experience to this role, which made it very rewarding.
We also receive a lot of requests (including many repeat clients), and it makes me happy to know that the drawings I create are proving useful.

3. Workplace Atmosphere and Relationships　

Since there are many young employees, I think it’s a comfortable place to work.

4. What makes your company unique and different from others? What makes nat special?

Since we’re a startup, I can really see the company growing year by year. We’re gaining more customers, hiring more employees, and, of course, expanding the capabilities Scanat.
I feel really fortunate to be a part of this growth.

5. What are your future goals and vision? What challenges do you want to take on in the future?

I’d like to use Scanat for my design and interior coordination work.

I’d like to work with people who can find joy in everything and are willing to take on new challenges.
