[New Service] You Can Now Request Development Drawings Along with Floor Plans! Expanding Our CAD Drawing Services

Scanat As part of our CAD drafting services, we are launching a “development drawing service,” which many of our customers have requested.

From customers who have used our floor plan creation service in the past,

  • "I'd also like you to create a net diagram."
  • "Wall plans are also needed for remodeling and interior construction projects."
  • "I'd like to request a comprehensive service, from on-site surveys to drawing preparation."

Since we have received numerous requests such as these, we are now accepting orders for the creation of developed drawings as part of our existing CAD drawing service at
.

🔳About Our Flat Pattern Creation Service

A floor plan is a drawing used to verify the relative positions of walls, as well as fixtures and fittings.
It can be widely used in the design and construction of interior work, such as remodeling, renovation, and store renovations.

♦︎Services Offered

  • Requests must include a floor plan (we cannot create development drawings on their own).
  • Create as a single A3-size drawing with 4 pages
  • If you would like 8 pages, please use two A3-size sheets.
  • Even if the design spans multiple rooms, if you specify four sides, we can create it for the price of a single sheet.

*If the order quantity is large, we may need to discuss the delivery date with you.

🔳Tips for Taking Photos to Create More Accurate Flat Patterns

To create a more accurate development drawing, we ask for your cooperation in the following matters.

♦︎Take a photo with a scale in the frame

For areas where dimensions such as those listed below are important, we recommend taking a photo with a ruler next to the item.

  • Baseboard
  • Electrical Outlet
  • Door and Window Hardware
  • Grout
  • Other areas where dimensions need to be verified

♦︎Enter manually measured dimensions into the notes feature

ScanatIn addition to the data collected there, recording the dimensions measured manually on-siteScanat recorded using features such as the note function, which will help ensure more accurate drawings.

🔳Important Notes for Use

① Stairs can also be included.

You can also capture the shape of the stairs in the developed drawing.
To ensure more accurate drafting, please scan from the lower floor toward the upper floor.
*If you scan from the upper floor toward the lower floor, the shape of the stairs may not be reproduced correctly.

② You can create it even if the ceiling isn't in the photo.

Even if the scan doesn't extend all the way to the ceiling, it is still possible to create a floor plan, but,

  • Please specify the ceiling height
  • Unless otherwise specified, drawings will be created using the standard value (approximately 2,350 mm).

This is the result .
Please note that to achieve greater drawing accuracy, we recommend scanning the area up to the ceiling.
