Challenges Before Implementing Scanat
♦︎Inefficient business processes designed with repeat visits in mind
Our previous operations faced the following challenges:
- The site survey was conducted by a team of three people
- Return visits occurred due to missed measurements or photos
- Duplicate work: converting hand-drawn sketches into technical drawings
- On-site inspections are required for every design and proposal
Particularly for large-scale projects, the entire process—from the initial consultation to the proposal— required a significant amount of time , totaling approximately 32 hours.
